The first half of the Joseph story, from his first prophetic dreams to his sale into slavery. The story is continued in 111a, immediately to the left. The scenes run from top to bottom - unusual for France generally but common here in Poitiers.
Condition is generally not too bad - some odd stop-gaps. The bottom-right hand panel is missing (like the bottom-left panel in the adjoining lancet). Four panels have obviously been put back in the wrong places after some restoration or other - panel 09 has been switched with 07 and panel 08 has been switched with 06. These switches are apparent not only from the narrative sequence but also from comparing the fine detailing of the leaf motifs in the corners of these panels with those in their neighbours.
