Too poorly preserved to identify categorically, particularly without its original context. This scene appears to show a man and a woman, accompanied by two children, leaving a city gate or perhaps a building (the CVMA survey describes it speculatively as Joseph and Mary looking for the infant Christ at the Temple). The large head upper left seems to be a restorer's faux pas, differing in style and scale from the other heads.
